Went reverse of Waterfall. Extended with a couple guys around a park and added on a bit going to 710 and then around the nature trail. Luke and I did 4 good, long striders afterward. No strength after practice, but in the morning I did Pushup and Crunch progressions, hamstring kickbacks, and superpeople
