Comments:
Pretty hot this afternoon and I did a poor job of hydration today, but overall felt good to go a little longer than usual. Stretched decently afterward, no frosh goats strength or meditation. Strength this morning was single-leg bridges, glute bridges, heel-toe walks, and superpeople.
I might have possibly earned the nickname squishy as my shoes got soggy in the park and made an interesting sound as I ran.
