Comments:
Just a short jog today. Post rain it was nice and cool. Not really feeling it today, just describe it at blah. This whole week really was a "down" week for me, get those every once and a while and I dont know why. On the brightside I did get some good mileage and work done, but it was a tough slog at times. I guess I need to settle in an wait until its time to move on and run as much as I can each and every day.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll when I got back, legs still feel heavy and slow. I am hoping the weather will revamp me, I love running this time of year and felt like I couldnt appreciate it past few years because I have been soo busy or racked up.
