InShape: 5-miler (light grind at the end)

Weather: indoors

Comments:
Good day. Slept in, then went to the office with CA and worked on her. HEAVY emphasis on the shoulder blade (and associated soft tissues) and how this feeds into neck dysfunction! This is my primary theory of her significant (and pervaisive) nerve pain.

After that, we both ran at InShape. Managed 5 whole miles! Felt pretty good, though the calves seems to get worked (soft treadmill deck?).

Rest of the day:
* brunch at home
* HOME PROJECT: bought and installed ALL new outlets and covers. Covers are easy. Outlets have to be wired. Worked 'til nearly 8:30. Celebrated doing the whole upstairs (just about) with pizza and beer.

Smoke was fucking terrible again. But there MAY be some relief tomorrow...
