Ran at InShape "over lunch". Thankfully not packed (only like two other people on the cardio floor).

Wore my more encompassing cloth mask. The black mask from Fri and Sat was easier to breathe, but it would slide up on my face. So I tried this cloth mask, which fits way better.

Problem: it turned in a "party favor" after like 5 minutes. Brutal!

Slowing my breath (3 steps in:out) helped, but it was rough. Almost bailed at 2.5

The held out for 3.
Then 4.
Then 5.

Didn't speed up. Kept it at like 7.5.

Felt OK. Really worked on:

* extension posture (pairing with right hip push-off)
* left shoulder blade (bilateral "back and down", but more with left)

Felt solid.

Rest of the day:

* Video consult #2
* Yoga (indoors/online)
