Comments:
Joined Caesar and a few other to do a steady 4 miles. Warmed up one nature trail. Started out aggressively but found a nice pace and stuck with Michael until he stopped at 3 miles. Took a funny step at 3.5 but recovered and felt fine. Cooled down with Walker, Peter, and Sammy, intercepted by Gene. Stretched fully afterward. Strength was Single-leg Bridges, Glute Bridges, Heel-toe walks, and Superpeople.
First workout with the Goats in the books!!! Excited for time trials in the future.
