Comments:
Certainly not as exciting as the first two. New mask near waterboarded me to death (I'll have to stick to surgical for now). Hopefully this phase 2 stuff clears up by Sunday and we can resume normal training ASAP. Strength was Russian Twists, Hamstring Kickbacks, Squats, and Superpeople.
