Weather: 60's; Sunny

Comments:
First "official" practice with the team. Group X went out and did a nice Sem; strides mixed in with the last Mile or so. No strength with the boys as we had dispersed by the time we got back. Strength this morning was Planks, Pleg lifts, heel-toe walks, and superpeople.
