Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 70, nice
Comments:
BUSY day of work. 7-12 (went late 'til 12:20), then did lots of paperwork and phone chats. Then did some self-care work (nerve mobs, 1st rib L mobs) and FINALLY got out for a run.
Nice afternoon. Fasted all day since last night.
Decided to live dangerously and try a proper run: the PRE/Fairmount loop, which is >7 miles.
Didn't push, tried to find ease, but it was still hard.
Notes:
* worked really hard on T-L extension, arm swing (+ emphasis R LE Ext + L forward), and pawback
* breath control: 3-in, 3-out when possible
* got ab tension (both sides) at times
Generally a good run, though.
Oh, also did a stride-per-mile (2-7). Emphasis on quickness/turnover.
PM:
* home to work on the yard: a disaster after the windstorm/ash-fest
* beer at 7pm - first food of the day
