Bandon - rough old town/beach run

September 19, 2020 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: "fake cold", overcast, humid

Comments:
Slept OK but woke up stiff. Didn't stretch, which was a mistake.

Drove into Bandon and ran in the old town, down to the Coquille River jetty, then - for a bit - onto the beach.

Felt pretty rough. STIFF, SLOW, STRUGGLE.

This phenomenon - what 2018 to present has felt like (and, on and off since 213) - is because of nerve tension:

* slept stiff
* stiff spine
* stiff nerves

= shitty run.

Oh well. Will better prepare tomorrow. That said, I think there's a lot going on in my neck that needs work.

Rest of the day:
* shopped at an indoor (barn/arena) farmer's market
* drove around
* brunched on the beach, south of town
* napped a bit
* back to the campsite for dinner and beers with Alexis & Micah
