Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Yom Kippur was the focus today. Fasting made me feel tired and hungry for a run. I didnt get out until later when I was more burnt down. I did a shakeout, what I needed, and came back intime to recharge. It was surprisingly hot out today also. You could tell while running even in the later afternoon.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch but still feeling sore from the long run last weekend. Also sore from being around the house today. I like the long run mileage but I want nice consistent mileage this week.
