crappy AM campus loop w/CA

Not a great run today, but good learning.

Didn't have time to do much of any prep. Did NOT work on my back.

SUPER-stiff in the ankles at the start. Stopped and did "belly rub" back mobs at SEHS gym (the dreaded half-mile misery mark), and felt better after that.

Had to DEUCE bad like a mile in! Pinched it the whole rest of the run!

Thought about "mid back arch" + "sacrum up" but it was tough because my back was too stiff...
