Comments:
Ugh, not a very inspiring work day. I just grinded through. Camping felt like a little blip. Kinda tired actually and wasnt really looking forward to a run, but I really pulled one out. Went up to campus and continued all the way to Kline then came back on Cayuga. Felt pretty good and could tell I havent run in a few days. Weather was real nice and crisp. Its fall for sure.
Essentials: Stretch
Mild stretch when I got back. I was pretty sore this morning and now tight in my calves. Hiking is a different beast, and so is sleeping on a cot.
