Rain here and there and it let up just before I went out. It was really coming down too! Anyways made it kinda nice as I ran. I got to it and didnt hesitate, just pushed along my route. Felt pretty good actually. Not a lot of people out there which was fine. Felt a little better than yesterday but still a little slow.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back and rehydrated as well. I was super thirsty yesterday, just forget to do it when I am just sitting at home.
