Did a 10k on the track. Started out slow and progressively got faster. I felt great at the end and probably could have gone for more. In general, I'm feeling very fit but I'd definitely like to push my tempo pace down to at least 5:10 and below during the next 3 weeks. Splits were: 2:42, 2:42, 2:40, 2:41, 2:38, 2:39, 2:38, 2:38, 2:38, 2:37, 2:37, 2:36, and I finished with a 78 last lap.
