Comments:
Lazy day, but just beautiful out. I took my time getting out. Today, took the bike down to IHS and ran from there. Now able to increase my range. Ran a loop up Remington, along Cayuga Heights Rd, then up past Jacobs house and back down Kline. Hills were tough today and legs felt kinda heavy. It was just so nice up in Cayuga Heights though that I still enjoyed it even if I felt slow. Bike before and after was also fun, just to cruize the streets. I am good with no hands again. Dont get as much exercise as running though for sure.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back. I need to stretch more, I think thats why I am so sore and heavy legged. Calves kinda tight too.
