WU & CD w/ the high school guys, so pretty slow
20 minute tempo started off with everyone but ended up being only me and Monty after 5 minutes. didn't kill it, felt comfortable. i'm alright w/ the easier tempo because I actually want to hit 70 this week unlike previous weeks. stretched afterwards.
