Comments:
Quite brisk this morning as I left on an exploratory run on various streets in Ardmore. Was great to just check out the roads I hadn't been on. First run alone in about a month, too. Trajectory of the run was out north exit and around tempo loop area up across Lancaster, around that neighborhood, past Montgomery, then to Sharpe Bird Sanctuary, then across Lancaster again and milling around until I strode 4 times in the last mile, grabbed my shirt, and finished at coop doors before grabbing a Turkey Sausage, egg, and cheese and a coffee cake. Quickest run-breakfast turnaround I've ever managed. Stretched a bit afterward. Strength this morning was Planks, Pleg lifts, heel-toe walks, and Superpeople.
