Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 60, rainy, WINDSY
Comments:
AM: lifted weights, but did a lot of nerve mobility, namely to the upper half of my spine.
Worked 7-10, then did some paperwork, then met CA at 10:30 to run.
Ran most of Rexius, uphill and into the wind as warm-up, then launched into the first of 6x 3:00 pickups. Kept breathing at "easy" pattern.
Form focus same as since Sunday:
* Sagital plane: butt back + "vag up" (mid-back arch + sacral/pelvic flexion)
* Frontal plane: trunk R (neck mildly SBL)
* arm swing (symmetrical behind)
When I do that, most other things fall into place:
* hip flexion
* pawback
Felt pretty strong. The bark was a little soft and the wind was rough but otherwise felt good.
