Comments:
Pretty good run, though tired. Did the long loop: M hill, then out on Lorane, then the usual. Felt OK but tired.
The stride IS feeling more and more sustainable, which is good. Google maps put this route at 8.9, but we'll call it 8.5...because I did it in 55 min.
Got in a lift at Anytime, but not circuits. Worked relatively late, didn't get home 'til nearly 8.
