Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Tom said I should take today off from running but I already had the off day Monday and I felt like doing something short this morning just to loosen up. Started off with Max and Pants who were doing a Tom’s Hill and then did an Old Bridge on my own. Embedded two long strides at the end because I felt like it. Nice way to bookend the down week. Also, realized I had trouble breathing yesterday probably because I forgot to take my Flonase, and also obviously it was colder.
