Comments:
Nice, standard Monday, although it was the first time I'd ever run this route. Was a mind-boggler when we hopped the wall and got to the Hill Loop Elementary School. Chatted with Pants about his Quad-dipsea experience, reminding me just how much I want to run it some day. Did 4 strides last mile. Stretched a good amount and hit a lift for the first time in a while afterward. Strength this morning was Planks, Pleg lifts, Heel-toe walks and Superpeople.
