Comments:
Rainy all day, but I wanted to try and shake out something. It was actually refreshing. Calf feeling ok even after hiking, but I have rested it a while now. Tried to sleeve up. It slipped in the rain but was manageable. Just a nice little shakeout and I held it together, but got pretty wet.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back, then need some time to roll out a little more. Not sore or throbbing now.
