Hiked the Finger Lakes forest today, different loop from last week. Had to keep an eye on my calf, which is feeling better. It was a longer hike but very pleasant. Nice and cool, really feels like fall. Not pushing it with mileage or running right now so it was great to get out there, move my legs and get some fresh air from behind the mask.
