Another beautiful day out here. Was sore to begin with but loosened up after a while. Was given an encouraging "¡Andale!" from a truck going by on the hill past the creek. Righter's has gotten easier. Stretched it out a bit upon returning. Strength this morning was pushup and crunch progressions, Hamstring kickbacks, and superpeople.
