Comments:
Got out right as rain was coming in. I wasnt too engaged today and a good run was just what I needed. Hills were easy today, came back down University. Once I got to Seneca it really started raining, hard. I got soaked up but it was actually refreshing, felt good. Calf fine today.
Essentials: Stretch
Minimal stretch, although I need more since I ran several days in a row now.
