Comments:
A slog day for sure. Im just not feeling it, the next few weeks are going to be rough since I need a restart and I dont think beamtime is necessarily going to cut it. Anyways, I can always find refreshment in a run, especially since it was so nice out this afternoon. Went up Giles and all the way the Belle Sherman then cut back through Collegetown and down Cascadilla. I was a autumn wonderland back there for sure, leaves everywhere. Tough for me to keep track of the roots so I slowed down a little bit. Coming back down the hill I just coasted and took it chill. Was really dehydrated, I did not drink enough during the day.

Essentials: Stretch

OK stretch when I returned. Feel kinda sore, maybe from the hills today. Could also use a roll out.
