Kinda rainy fall day today. Had a little stomach cramp before heading out but it wasnt too bad. Hit my stride, thinking about the state of things on my run. Its a whirlwind, but I am just going with the flow right now. Coming back down the hill still felt good, like my legs were pumped up.

Essentials: Stretch

OK stretch when I got back. Everything feeling fine now, calves not that sore but its still good to stretch them out.
