Workout on Baby Centennial

Comments:
Shep, Denton, Pants, Rod, and I embarked on a 5x~800m on Baby Centennial, aiming for somewhere between 2:40 and 2:45, with rest around 90 seconds although it ended up being a bit longer. First two were a breeze, then fine for the third then fourth I hit a bit of a wall but pushed through to have a somewhat fast last rep, but not explosive by any means. Great moderate effort. Cooled down back to campus. Strength this morning was Russian Twists, Clams, Reverse clams, and Superpeople.
