Weather: rainy at first then not

Comments:
Did 5 x 1000 with 200 jogs between. To go between 3:35 and 3:45. Took at few to get on pace, but great workout. 3:42 (94, 3:00), 3:41 (90, 2:58), 3:39 (88, 2:55), 3:36 (87, 2:54), 3:32 (86, 2:53). Can feel the marathon mileage in my legs, but getting super strong. Great to run with the guys again. (jogs in cool down below.)
