Comments:
Got out with Shep and Denton this morning at 10. Warmed up to the empty grassy lot, doing a handful of striders along the way, then sending some drills before we got started. I led first half mile, then Shep led the next, then we were on our own. Last mile or so with the uphill was tough but not hills prepared us well. Flew down last hill. Splat 2:40, 2:40, 2:40, and 2:34. Definitely could've gone faster, but with cold weather and the weight of this past week, I'm satisfied with our efforts. Stretched fully afterward.
