Evening (EASY) run with Mark

Weather: mid 60s at sundown

Comments:
Ran after CA's PT appointment with Mark Frohnmayer. Solid dude. Met him through Cliff in '13. He's a Eugene native, late 40s, and founder of Archimoto, an electric vehicle company.

I'm making efforts to run /spend time with more enterprising/entrepreneurial people -- like running with fast folks, I want to be inspired!

EASY run. Almost too slow (but Mark has a rough auto-immune spine issue that requires a crazy easy warm-up). Cruised like 10s to the river from his house by Sam Bond's.
