Comments:
Took it straight up 96b and onto campus then came back down Hudson and South Hill school. Hills up are tough need to really push it, and it was kinda windy out on the way up. Coming down I took it easy. Settling back into the WFH grind where a run is most stimulating part of my day. Just thinking about what's all going on.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch, but legs felt heavy today. Not a lot of mileage last week is going to stack up now, need to push. Also feel shoes are getting flat.
