Comments:
Went for my run a little early to avoid the sunset. Works well since I am usually burnt out by then anyways and its a nice part of the afternoon. Ran through Taber St then did the other side of the Inlet along 13a and came back by Purity and Corn St. Felt pretty good starting out then got a bit winded on the way back. I wore facecovering most of the way and it gets all sweaty pretty quick.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Rehydrate then a good stretch. Had to roll today, ITs a bit tight for sure and legs a little beat down. Rest yesterday was good but freshness wasn't sustained as long as I thought.
