Another early afternoon run. Not feeling so enthusiastic this week, but the runs are good. I feel like it wants to get chilly, but its still kinda nice out. Hills were easy and I just took it natural today, not really trying to think about anything. Its just one day at a time.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back, ITs are a little tight. Hopefully get some new shoes soon, see what's in stock. New Balance is nice but these ones don't last that long (lots of wear and tear inside the shoe). I am open to other makes and models.
