Comments:
Early afternoon run had some time to crush as we were packing today. It was so warm out, 60s and just felt so nice out in shorts and t-shirt. Far cry from the snow earlier this week. Glad I got out to enjoy it a little bit. Felt good today, strong pace and consistent. Right leg was kinda sore here and there yesterday, I think from the cold but it was good to shake it out today.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch when I got back, leg still a little sore. Feel like mileage is coming easy now though, its been consistent past few months now. No races in sight unfortunately. It feels like it should be racing season now though.
