Comments:
On the computer planning all day today. Lets get it! Excited to get the news and hit the restart button after this crazy crazy year. Went for a very brief run, came back on Tioga, Cascadilla and Geneva. It was starting to get a little bit dark, and I developed a cramp coming back. Coffee, small lunch, and no hydration is not a good combo... I made it back in time though. Other than that legs felt really good!
Essentials: Stretch
Light stretch, ITs kinda sore actually... might need to roll a bit also since this was a quick and dirty run.
