Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got kinda nice in the evening, still a little chilly. I checked a lot of my to do list but still feeling the incoming wave. Run was not good. Developed a cramp pretty early then coming back down university, pace was real real slow. Must be subconscious nerves and not sleeping well... I made it back and it was good to get my legs moving because they were kinda tight from yesterdays shakeout.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll when I got back after rehydrating and eating to stave off the cramp. Ugh still got to take the miles I can get, and I am thankful for them at this point.
