6*500m Summit-Oak hill, jog recovery around the block Baird-Farr (except after last rep)
CD back home
stretch, 3*(15pushups, 15dips), abs

planned on doing 8-10, but as soon as I started I knew I would have to use the bathroom, so I decided I would crush the reps I could get in before I had to scurry home to relieve myself.

feeling kinda flat, but high school starts again on Monday so hopefully a week of drilling and workouts with them will shake off the rust. before its back to Case.
