I am back on a good sleep schedule, stayed up late last night and feeling more into west coast time. Also decided to get a workout in today. Have not done any abs or strength in a LONG time. I almost forgot how Ibis went. Tested out my new stretch bands. They are versatile but I need a good anchor for them, haven't quite figured out all the workouts to do. Felt good overall though to actually do something. I think just running has given me some decent strength along the way but I could always use more and get stronger. Its not like there is much else I can do right now...
