First Run of the year

Last year I ran about 1,800 miles, and this year my goal is to run 2,500. It is a big jump, but not so big if I could add in the time I was in indonesia and while my back was hurt. I started the year off with an easy five miler with my wife. It has been an amazing year. I am so blessed to work with so many amazing runners and to have seen quite a few of them run so strong this past year. If you are on here lets post some new years goals and motivate ourselves and others on the this board. Even though there are only a few active posters.

Mine:
Get boys and girls to state in XC. Trophy at least one of the teams, and grow the team to 60+
