200m Repeats with Matt

Comments:
We ran 8x200m repeats at the Greenlake track. It is a bit muddy and the surface isn't as flat as, say, a normal track but I think that takes the pressure off, for me anyway, of running exact splits.

Mine were all 36s or under. Not a bad first workout.
