Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 40, dry, nice
Comments:
Was a little hesitant to run fast today. Didn't think the legs had a good workout in them since...they haven't since the 50K.
However, I felt GREAT this AM: tons of energy and had a good work morning!
So I did the bike path 8x3.
Went as well as any of them have gone yet, and by far the best workout since the 12/5 50K.
All intervals around 0.48-0.49. Started with 0.47, then did 0.50, then rolled .48-9 (with another 0.5 in there). Solid.
Felt sluggish at the end, but I was fasted. (Not desireable).
Busy afternoon. 7 clients total today.
Other notes:
* three day week (7, 7, 8) before New Year's
* getting wood floors in this week, downstairs!
