Comments:
Elongated way (46th to Van Ness to 42nd) to the HS. Waited some time before my son rolled up and we did a Meredith Alexander Loop. Scheming for this 800 this weekend. Did a longer way back via Nebraska to Mass and back on 46th. Stretched for like 5 mins when I got back. Strength this morning was Heel-toe walks, Hamstring kickbacks, calf raises, and Superpeople.
