Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Grinding today, almost forgot to run. No rain at the time and it was on the border of being warm and cold. Starting out, foot was fine, knees were killing me took a while to shake them out. I spaced out and went down 19th instead of 21st, got lost and had to reroute down. Decided I added on that might just do a loop around the park. It was pretty muddy on the edges but nice to get some soft surfaces. Coming back started to feel better but didnt want to push it after yesterdays long run and my kreakin knees.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back. Hungry too afterwards and dehydrated, forgot to drink up during the day. You wouldn't think it with all the rain and puddles but its important to stay hydrated. Looking forward to getting into the lab soon and getting a schedule down. For now Ill keep running as is.
