Comments:
Goal was to hit NW, SW, SE, and NE DC. Did just that. Down 46th to Mass to Wisconsin to the trail on the Waterfront to Ohio drive to Independence avenue, where I got majorly thrown off course by all the fencing around the capitol. Had to go a ways into SW to get around it, turning up to Lincoln Park and then to Mass, where I ran into the Myres on a walk. Weather was testing. Stretched for a while. Strength was Heel-toe walks, glute bridges, clams, and superpeople.
