Slept OK - but slightly less good - last night, vs Tuesday night.

Worked 7-11, then got coffees (OML Thursday) for CA and me before going to PT at Kent's.

Kent first (and last) treated me in 2011, but I've taken courses from him since. It was a good session: he listened to the story -- not just the recent stiffness, but the nerve tension issues -- and noted a substantial imbalance in the pelvis.

But he corrected it with some quirky and interesting "visceral fascial" work involving my R upper back and L abs! It was wild. He then did some nerve mobility work to wrap up.

Good, promising session.

Ran right afterward.

Felt a lot less stiff - less "fighting" in my trunk and pelvis. But felt pretty sluggish, nonetheless.
