Comments:
Slept TERRIBLY last night.
Gut went crazy: had to deuce at like 12:30, bad diarrhea. Then again at like 4am...then could NOT fall asleep, so much grumbling. Up again at 4:45 to deuce again...then laid around 'tli 5:30, then got up.
Lots of factors in sleeping poorly and feeling like shit:
* like 3 beers yesterday
* spicy Thai food
* a lot of cake
* covid vaccine
On the latter: felt pretty darn sluggish all day today. SORE shoulder.
No run. Worked 7-10:30, then 1-5. Came home and (pseudo-)slept over break.
