Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Grinding at home got some work done actually. I didnt realize it but I had to get out for a run. Good pace, went over to the park then wandered back through Kits, up Dunbar and back King Edward. Calves were super tight today. Biking uses different muscles and when you get up and go run, the system gets shocked. Held my own especially up the hills. Just felt so good out there, it was warm enough as well.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back, rehydrated also. Need to roll out a shit ton later all parts of my legs.
