Comments:
Pushed the pace. Screwed up on checking something on the machine as I was planning on running 4 miles (aiming for under 30 minutes). Was on pace, but once the maching stopped, I couldn't get it going for a few minutes and so would have counted my 4 mile time anyway. No knee pain.
